Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time of purchase. During peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays that may affect your order.
Shipping Methods
We are happy to offer free shipping for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders that fall under the free shipping total will be process for a standard shipping fee of $25.00.
Standard shipping estimated delivery times are presently 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery times provided are only approximate and may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Delivery
We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during shipping, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Presently, we do not ship internationally – we apologize for any inconvenience!
Order Cancellation or Changes
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified without incurring additional charges.
