The Contacta STS-K020-S23 Window Intercom System is designed to be retrofitted into existing glass windows to fill a hole left by a previous window intercom system. The glass-mounted customer microphone, which fills the hole, is attached with two ballistic-proof polycarbonate plates that are Level 3 rated. The STS-K020-S23 comes standard with an above-head surface mount speaker and a free-standing staff side microphone and speaker unit with a mute button for privacy when needed.
The STS-K020-S23 Window Intercom System is appropriate for environments with medium to high levels of ambient noise. It is also ideal for locations where vandalism is a concern, such as in law enforcement offices.
